Review the reason and supporting rows. Confirm contract terms, cancellations, and payment timing before contacting the carrier.
Record recoveries and payouts
Review a potential shortfall against your carrier records and contract, then create a recovery case. Track carrier follow-up and link incremental receipts your agency confirms it received. Confirmed recoveries are net of reversals; Pineapple does not verify bank deposits or contact carriers for you. Calculate producer payouts using your configured splits and export the results.

After account setup, turn on email results and forward carrier statements to your private agency address. Receive a receipt, then a summary of potential discrepancies or the information needed to finish the review. Open the app for transaction details, rate setup, and follow-up.
